[Academic] REF Paper Updates and 100 words

Dear All,

A reminder.

Many of you who require 100 words on your contribution to some of your 
REF outputs have not either added them to PURE or given me the required 
information. Papers with 11 or more authors cannot be submitted to the 
REF without this information.

Dear All,

Can I ask that if you all review the papers that you have currently 
selected for the REF to make sure that they are the most appropriate 
ones. Please propose any new outputs that you have which may replace one 
of your older papers.

Also, please check if any of the papers that you have proposed have 11 
or more authors. If this is the case you must provide me with up to 100 
words detailing your contribution to the paper. The REF panel will use 
this to judge whether or not your contribution is significant. If so 
your paper will be given a grade. If your contribution is judged by the 
panel as not significant then the paper will be ungraded. Please do this 
by the end of Friday 23rd August.
