[Academic] Fellowships, Journal Editorships and esteem measures

I sent this email out at the beginning of the summer and so far have had 
a response from fewer than 10 members of staff.
Can I urge you all to give me some kind of return, even an empty one so 
that I can be sure that nothing important is missed.

Dear All,

I would like to produce a table for our REF environment narrative of 
measures of esteem within the Department.
I would be grateful if you could supply me with the following.

Any Fellowships you hold or have held in the REF period (give dates 
please).
Any elections to learned societies, especially post-2008 elections.
Any medals/prizes won since 2008.
Journal editorships or editorial board memberships.
Conference chairs or section chairs/programme committee etc.
Conference plenary or major invited talks.
Membership of research council panels.
Any other things which show your contribution to the research discipline.

If you think any are particularly notable please highlight them 
specifically for me.
