HI Everyone

Please see the email below from Room Bookings.  Please check your entries and ensure that dates, times, room criteria (e.g. overhead projector, data com etc) are correct.  Don't focus too much on the room you have been allocated as this may change prior to teaching starting and will need to be checked again nearer the time.

If you are teaching a particular class and your name is not mentioned against the details, please let me know.  Some teaching details still need to be finalised and may not show on the timetable.

Please note that the final draft of the Semester 1 Timetable for 2013-14 is now available on the timetable web pages:

http://www.strath.ac.uk/timetables/

DTCs should review the timetable to check that all teaching activities have been entered correctly. Please note that there have been changes to the room allocations from the previous draft version of the timetable. We know there are a number of outstanding activities which we will work to resolve with DTCs over the next week. We will now address late requests (received after the deadline of 28th August) for changes to teaching activities.

Access to the system is available for all DTCs on the same basis as before. Please note that, as the timetable is now final, changes to the teaching timetable should be kept to a minimum and changes requested by departments will only be made at the request of the DTC.

DTCs should ensure that the timetable is disseminated to anyone else in your department who has responsibility for timetabling changes.  If you no longer require any of the activities which have been allocated, please notify us.
