Hello Mathematica Users,



Our current 3 year agreement with Wolfram will come to an end on the 22nd November 2013.



Below I have listed the number of products each of you have along with the individual cost of each product (inclusive of VAT) per annum for two different Price Bands. The amount of products we have at the moment means that we are in the Price Band 3 category, however we are sitting right on the threshold and could easily fall into the more expensive Price Band 2.

(If we were to fall just into the second price bracket there is a point where it's beneficial for us to  share the costs of an extra license or so to achieve better pricing and overall lower costs, but let's not worry about that for the moment!)



So what I need from you just now is to know if you wish to continue in this agreement for an additional 3 years and if you want to stay with your existing product level or increase/decrease it?



If we enter into this contract you (or your department) must have the funds available each year to pay the annual renewal over the three year agreement period, you cannot say drop out after 19 months.
