[Academic] Faculty Resources and Planning FRAP Committee

Dear All,

First let me thanks Thorsten for his work as an elected member on the 
Faculty Resources and Planning (FRAP) Committee.

His period of service is up and there will be an election for new 
members soon. It would be very good to have another Physicist join the 
committee and I encourage you to think about standing for this - more 
details from Thorsten or myself. I don't need to know (wait to hear 
officially about the election) although I'll be happy to nominate/second 
if people wish.
