Dear All,
I want to accurately measure the temperature of a semiconductor sample
on a small hot stage in the range 300-450K. Does anyone have a system
for doing this? Even better if you could offer a measurement device
connected to some control loop. Advice on where to buy something also
welcome....
Regards,
Rob
