I'd be grateful if you could forward this to appropriate colleagues.

The EPSRC has issued a call for 'Fellowships for Growth: Building UK 
Leadership in Engineering' 
<http://www.epsrc.ac.uk/FUNDING/CALLS/2013/Pages/fellowshipsforgrowth.aspx> 
in the following areas:

·Advanced Materials

·Robotics & Autonomous Systems

·Synthetic Biology

There is no limit on the number of applications we can submit, however, 
institutional support is vital for this call so please let your HOD and 
madeleine.rooney at strath.ac.uk <mailto:madeleine.rooney at strath.ac.uk> 
know when you submit an intent to apply (deadline 25^th November)to 
allow us to prepare the required institutional letter of support. The 
internal deadline for letters of support is 4^th December.
