[Academic] Xmas Party - Revised Date Wednesday 11th December

As you know we are trying hard to organise the xmas party but the date is proving rather difficult this time around.  Friday 13th might still be an option but we are also looking at Wednesday 11th.  If there are any running on this date please let me know.
