[Academic] Exemptions from Exams

Hi

Can I please remind all that you should be notifying me of any exemptions with regards to our disabled students for the January diet of exams.

I am currently emailing students their arrangements and they are informing me that they are exempt.  This should be done automatically at the end of the term, I appreciate that timing is tight but please get this information to me asap as it prevents a duplication of work and me looking a bit stupid.
