[Academic] Student Demonstrating Payments

I am about to process student demonstrating payments for Dec 13/Jan 14.

If you have any students payments that should be processed for Dec/Jan please forward to me as soon as possible and no later than 29th Jan in order that the students can be paid on time.

For convenience I have attached a form which you may find helpful when submitting the hours to me.
