[Academic] UCAS Lunch Days - Response Required

Dear All,

The first of three UCAS lunch days will be held on Thursday 13th February 2014 and, as is usual at these important recruitment events, your assistance is being sought for a short while.  All that is needed is approximately 15 - 30 minutes of your time to mingle with UCAS applicants and their families upon their arrival at the event.  This has proven very useful and worthwhile in the past and I hope that you are able to help this year.

Please let me know, as soon as possible, either that you are able to be in the staff room at 11.45am for approximately 15/30 minutes on Thursday 13th February, or that you are unable to help.

For your information, the other two events will have the same requirements/time/etc and will be held on the following dates Thursday 27th February and Thursday 13th March and if you are able to let me know of your availability to assist at these it would be much appreciated.  A reminder will be sent nearer to each event.
