[Academic] meeting to discuss John Anderson level 6,7,8 space

Dear All,

Please find attached documents for Friday's meeting (10am in JA8.11). 
This is my proposal for the use of space in JA 6,7 and 8 - only a 
proposal at this stage. I'll talk through the powerpoint slides to 
describe how I reached the proposal, which is summarised in the floor 
plans at the end of the presentation. The Excel file contains more 
detailed workings in case these are of interest, although you'll have to 
decode my shorthand. It would be good if at least some can check for 
mistakes - hopefully I've found all of these.

Also attached are blank versions of the floorplans in case they are 
useful as you consider whether the proposal can be improved and/or check 
it works.
