[Academic] IMPORTANT: DO NOT IGNORE - TIMETABLING

Hi

This is the FINAL REMINDER for information previously requested for timetabling in 2014-15.

Thank you to those who have responded but there are still many who have not.  The timetabling system closes mid May and this is the best opportunity we have to ensure that we get the days and times we require for classes as well as rooms with the facilities we need.  Failure to respond now means that we have less choice when the system re-opens.

Please check dates and times of all lectures and tutorials.
Provide information on class test dates and times for Semester 1 and 2 (important so as not to clash with Maths).
Provide details of room requirements, for example: flat room or flexible seating, equipment required.

For those who have not already responded I require this information no later than 9 May 2014.  You can find the information at http://www.strath.ac.uk/timetables/ for 2013-14 information.
