[Academic] L6&7 data ports and power

Dear All,

An update on where we're at with the data port and power provision for 
the L6 & 7 rooms. We seem to have agreement from Estates to pay for one 
data and one double socket per person (or space). Ports/sockets 
requested in excess of this will need to be paid for by groups. John 
will be in contact with group leaders when the pricing is clear - 
estimate for each data point is approx. £260, power figure to come. We 
will need a quick turnaround to try and ensure they can be installed as 
soon as possible - ideally before the carpets arrive.
