Dear Prof Martin, Dr Jeffers & Mrs Cheshire,

My colleague Andrew MacLellan delivered a presentation in your
department earlier today about the Research Data Management and Sharing
(RDMS)
<https://moss.strath.ac.uk/infostratportal/ResearchDataManagementAndSharing/Pages/Home.aspx>
Project - as part of the RDMS project I'm also hoping to gain some
feedback from Strathclyde researchers about any /physical/ research data
they hold, for example, hard-copy data/consent forms, lab notebooks,
models, etc.

The attached document contains further information about the Physical
Research Data project (a sub project of the overall RDMS project); along
with a list of interview questions; there is also a link to a survey we
are running just now which accompanies these interview questions.

I am keen to meet up with the researchers and staff from Physics to
discuss how physical research data is stored and secured. I would
envisage that any meeting would take approx. 15-20 minutes. Would you
mind circulating my message to see if anyone would be willing to meet up
with me? Many thanks.

Alternatively, researchers and staff could complete their answers on the
actual document and email these back to me.

I send my sincere thanks in advance for any time that you and your
colleagues can spare to help out with the project.

Kind regards,

Marie Henderson
