[Academic] SUPA Titular Prize Award Nomination form

Dear All,

Please see attached a nomination form for the SUPA Titular Prize Award - as the name suggests, these are titular 'SUPA Prize Studentship' awards and so it doesn't cost (or generate) anything financially, but it does benefit the student to be a named a SUPA Prize Student. Realistically, the candidates need to have a first class honours degree and excellent references to meet the grade. We are being asked for nominations for this award by 17.00 on Friday 5th September 2014 so if supervisors could send me completed nomination forms for students then I will pass them on.
