[Academic] Open Days

Dear All,

The University is running two Open Days this year, on Tuesday 2nd September and Saturday 11th October. I am looking for volunteers to man our stand which will be in the Hamnett Wing of the John Arbuthnott Building.

My intention on Tuesday 2nd is to run as follows

9:30 - 11:30 4 members of staff
11:30 - 13:00 4 members of staff
13:00 - 14:30 3 members of staff

I will ask the Physics Society if they want to help out on each day

I shall be around throughout the day but will be giving mini lectures as well.

If you can help me out on either day then please let me know.
