[Academic] JA8.11 Blackboard Update

Hi

Kevin O'Donnell has brought me magic chalk which apparently works perfectly well on the blackboard in JA8.11.  For those of you teaching in this room and until such time as I can get a solution to the problem I have this in my room for you to use.  I won't put it in JA8.11 as others will use it and then it will be gone.
