[Academic] Student Demonstrating Payments for Sept/Oct

I am about to process student demonstrating payments for Sept/Oct 14.

If you have any students payments that should be processed please forward to me as soon as possible and no later than 31 October in order that students can be paid on time.

For convenience I have attached a form which you may find helpful when submitting the hours to me.
