[Academic] Class questionnaire sheets

Dear All,

If you are teaching in the 1st semester the class questionnaire sheets will be put in your pigeon hole over the next couple of days. Please can you process as follows:

1. Handout at start of lecture and instruct students to fill in as directed on sheet. Remind them that E = excellent.
2. Collect at the end of the lecture.
3. Place the completed sheets in my pigeon hole and I will process.
