[Academic] Draft Timetable 2015-16 - Deadline May 2015

Hi Everyone

I have been asked to update the timetable for 2015-16 and the deadline for this is mid May.

I appreciate that you are not yet finished with this semester but it is important that you register any changes with me by the end of April so that we can upload these onto the system in plenty of time.

I also need to bring your attention to University changes to the timing of classes in 2015 -16, please see below.

Semester 1: University Weeks 8 -19 (Week 8 commencing 21/09/2015)
Semester 2: University Weeks 25-35, 38 (Week 25 commencing 18/01/2016)

I have already made the changes to the weeks and moved everything forward, including class tests.  Should you require further changes due to these changes please also make sure that these are with me no later than end of April.
