Hello,
The project reports are in and have been copied to the I drive:
I:\Science\Physics\project\PH450
or
\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project\PH450<file:///\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project\PH450>
(Some notes as to alternative ways to access the I drive are included below. Please contact me asap if you can't get see the folder.)
I've attached the most up-to-date viva timetable and the mark sheets for the report and supervisor mark.
Please note the following from the review meeting for PH450 last year:
"Problems with disparities of project mark:
It was decided that mark sheets for the project reports and supervisor marks would be requested three days before the vivas take place, allowing the viva chairs time to compare marks and raise any issues. Ideally marks should come in within a grade boundary (10%). If discussions don't reach agreement, the areas of disagreement are to be minuted and an Department moderator will consider the case."
Please help the viva chairs by submitting your mark sheets in good time before the viva.
Thanks,
Timothy

If you are the supervisor or independent marker of a 4th year project then you can access the student's reports through the folder found at either:
I:\Science\Physics\project\PH450
or
\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project\PH450<file:///\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project\PH450>
The reports are ordered by student name.
Further notes on accessing the folder:
The official page for how to use the university shared drives is here:
http://www.strath.ac.uk/it/infrastructure/networking/webdrives/
It gives notes for Windows XP, Vista, 7, Mac OS X
The URL for the project files is:
https://webdrive.strath.ac.uk/idrive/Science/Physics/project
If using MacOS X, the instructions on the webpage above work.
If using Linux, connect to the network share/server using Webdav (https)
If using Windows, you can use the URL above to map a network drive, or paste:
\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project<file:///\\ds.strath.ac.uk\idrive\Science\Physics\project>
into Windows Explorer.
You can also access the I: drive from Pegasus, but make sure your using IE. It doesn't work with Firefox or Chrome.
