[Academic] New HR recuiting system

Hi Everyone

For information, HR has introduced a new system for recruiting staff.  You no longer send them an advert, further particulars and recruitment schedule but instead go to the e recruitment system and upload the information onto a form.  Details of how to do this are as follows:

Log onto Pegasus , click on HR, ATS Recruitment system/vacancies/vacancy Initiation. You need to complete the vacancy Initiation form which also allows you to upload further particulars and provide text for an advert.

It's quite an easy system to use but it would have been nice if it had been communicated to the department, rather than me finding out by accident.
