Dear All

EXAMINATIONS TAKING PLACE IN THE COLVILLE BUILDING (levels 4 & 5 only)
Effective immediately exam papers will no longer be delivered directly to the exam room. For rooms 405, 410, 411, 429, 430, 511 and 512 Invigilators should collect exam papers from the warden's station on level 4 (adjacent to room 429) where a member of Student Experience staff will be in attendance. This does not apply to exam room 330 on level 3; papers will still be delivered to this room.

INVIGILATION
We have received reports that some invigilators are not turning up on time for the examinations. Can you please ask all invigilators to read the new University Policy on Invigilation (attached), specifically section 2.2.1 which states that invigilators should arrive at the examination room at least 20 minutes before the beginning of the examination.
