Hello Ladies,

Paul from comms has contacted me in order to identify any students within your departments that have any stories to share for marketing purposes.

As I don't know who to contact in your departments I was thinking that you might be able to help me.

Paul would like to talk to students during the graduation week.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind Regards
Athina

Hello Athina

I hope all is well with you. I'm just writing to tell you about something we're looking to set up for next month's graduations.

Each year, we aim to do a few stories on individual students who will be receiving degrees. These may be about students who have been particularly successful, who have achieved in challenging circumstances or who generally have an interesting or unusual story to tell.

It would be great if you would be able to let us know of any Science students you may have heard about who might be suitable for this and if so, if you could pass on brief details about them, together with their contact details. Ideally, we'd be looking to have stories set up by about three working days before a student's graduation and If they're not available for photos beforehand, we'd most likely look to do this at the ceremony.

Examples of graduation stories we've done over the past couple of years can be seen at http://www.strath.ac.uk/about/ourgraduates/

Many thanks.

Paul
