Dear All,

Just to reinforce the message from Audrey - the Ross Priory conference is an important event in the PhD programme for our students so the more academic staff that attend this meeting the better their experience will be. Please can I encourage you to attend irrespective of whether you have a student presenting and to let Audrey know so that we can organise catering/travel.
A further date for your diary will be the 2nd year poster presentation on the 13th. This will be held in the department and again your attendance would be much appreciated.

Please find attached a draft timetable of the presentations for the day.   Please note that the timings are all subject to change at this time.   Attendance is expected of all supervisors of presenting students to attend the Conference.  The Conference includes lunch and high tea.

We need to confirm the number for the bus so please can you confirm if you require a space on the bus and also if you will be staying for the high tea?

Please can I have your confirmations by 22nd July at the very latest?
