Dear All

Please find attached a draft timetable of the presentations for the day.   Please note that the timings are all subject to change at this time.   Attendance is expected of all supervisors of presenting students to attend the Conference.  The Conference includes lunch and high tea.

We need to confirm the number for the bus so please can you confirm if you require a space on the bus and also if you will be staying for the high tea?

Please can I have your confirmations by 22nd July at the very latest?
