Important Information for Wednesday's trip to Ross Priory:

The bus will leave at 8.30am prompt from the bottom of Taylor Street, just off Rottenrow East.  Please ensure that you are there in plenty of time.

The bus will leave Ross Priory at 6.00pm to return to the University.

You each  have a 15 minute slot, where you talk for 12 minutes and have 3 minutes for questions and answers.  Your presentations should be put on a USB stick.  PLEASE DO NOT RELY ON THE INTERNET.

09:15-10:00 - Welcome tea and coffee

10:00-11:00 - Presentations/Talks

11:00-11:30 - Coffee Break

11:30-12:15 - Presentations/Talks

12:15-13:45 - Buffet Lunch

13:45-14:30 - Presentations/Talks

14:30-15:00 - Coffee Break

15:00-15:45 - Presentations/Talks

16:00 - High Tea

18:00 - Depart Ross Priory

Please find attached a final timetable of events for Ross Priory.

The bus will leave at 8.30am prompt from the bottom of Taylor Street, just off Rottenrow East.  Please ensure that you are there in plenty of time.  Please can you also give me a mobile number to contact you on in case of any issues that may arise with the transport?
