[Academic] Final Reminder - 2015-16 Timetable

HI Everyone

Thanks to those of you who responded to my email, but for those of you who have still to do so the final day for changes is Tuesday.

The timetable will re-open at the end of August and it will be difficult if not impossible to make any changes after this date so please check your timetable.

Semester 1 classes have been allocated with the exception of one or two gaps and the individuals have been informed of these.  I am working with Room Bookings to rectify the problems but for all others you should be able to see a full timetable on the system for your class.

Semester 2 still has a lot of teaching rooms unallocated so if your slot is not on the system then this will be the reason.  The timetable is still being worked on and will be picked up again once the semester 1 timetable has been finalised, however, if you require any time or day changes please let me know now.

Prior to the start of the semester I will need a note of any class tests that affect disabled students so please ensure your check Pegasus and notify me well in advance of any requirements your students have.
