Dear All,

We still require volunteers to man the department's stand at the Open 
Days, the first of which is Tuesday 1st September. Thanks to those who 
have already volunteered.

If you would like to help out please let me or Melanie know.

Our intention is to cover the period 9.30 - 2.30 in 3 shifts :

9.30 - 11.30
11.30 - 1.00
1.00 - 2.30

so if you are unavailable for a particular timeslot please also let us know.

Dear All,

Gordon Robb has agreed to take over the responsibility for organising the various recruitment events that take place with in the Department. The first of these this year are the University Open Days that will take place on Tuesday 1st September 2015 (9:30 - 14:30) and Saturday 3rd October 2015 (10:00 - 14:00).

We need volunteers to help out on the Physics stand for both days. If you can help out please let Melanie and Gordon know.
