[Academic] Your finance reports on FMS

Dear All

A few people have been having difficulty accessing their financial reports on FMS.

You should be able to access your accounts as follows:

On the Menu list, tab down to Reports:

There are a number of budget enquiries you may have access to, they should be ran as follows:

Standard Reports
Standard Reports/ Budget statement - multi year - all: this returns results for all Research/ Studentship/ KE sub projects in the cost centre(s) you have access to
Standard Reports/ Budget statement - all: this returns results for all non Research/ KE/ Studentships sub projects in the cost centre(s) you have access to

Your Reports
Your Reports/ Budget Statement - multi year (PM): this returns results for all Research/ Studentship/ KE sub projects where you are project manager
Your Reports/ Budget Statement (PM): this returns results for all non Research/ Studentship/ KE sub projects where you are project manager
Your Reports/ Budget Statement - multi year: this returns results for all Research/ Studentship/ KE sub projects where you are sub project manager
Your Reports/ Budget Statement: this returns results for all non Research/ Studentship/ KE sub projects where you are sub project manager

You should be able to select your sub-project/project and click search and the information should appear.

The General Information tab is very useful for finding account codes etc.
