[Academic] Account Information - FMS

Hi

For information I would like to remind you that the Finance department transferred balances of accounts to the new system excluding commitments.

This means that the balance showing may or may not include expenditure already committed.  Please be mindful of this so as not to overspend on your grants.

You can still use the departmental FIS system and most accounts have now been updated to 31 July 2015.  I am working this month to bring them uptodate and our accounts will include the commitments previously posted.
