[Academic] Reporting - FMS

Hi

As you know, my plan is to organise a short briefing session to help you work your way through the reporting side of FMS.  I will be back in touch to arrange a date.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to know that you can access your accounts using the reporting tab, budget statements - multi-year and then press the search button.  This will give you the full list of all research grants you are subproject manager for (PI).

For special funds and departmental accounts you use the same process above but instead use budget statements - all.  We are currently working with Finance at the moment over changes to the authorisation process so you might not see as much as you would like to in this tab, but it is in hand.
