As I said earlier in the week, there is pressure being put on by the University to improve the NSS score assessment and feedback scores. In addition to the suggestions I circulated earlier this week, please find attached a document that was sent in September 2014 highlighting the University's Assessment and Feedback process together with ways of looking at managing feedback.
