Hi
The timetable will close on Friday 20 May, 2016 and prior to this I must have all the Physics teaching requirements entered onto the system for Semester 1 and 2.
The department has met with Maths and Education to discuss the timetable and to try and find a way to avoid clashes etc. This may mean a change to days and times moving forward. Please be as flexible as possible as it can be difficult to schedule classes for our joint students.
You should be aware of changes to the timetable as follows:
Semester 1: University Weeks 8 -18 (Week 8 commencing 19/09/2016)
Semester 2: University Weeks 25-35 (Week 25 commencing 16/01/2017)
For those of you sharing teaching, please note that the teaching is now 11 weeks instead of 12 weeks and you will need to notify me of who is teaching what and when.
I hope to have a spreadsheet of what is planned emailed to you beginning of next week. I would also ask you to ensure that your room requirements are correct so that I can roll these forward.
Three weeks seems like a long time, but I can assure you it will go much quicker than we would like, so please respond to my emails as quickly as you can and check your arrangements with me prior to Friday 20 May.
Many thanks
Kirsten
