[Academic] Fourth and Fifth Year Teaching - 2016-17

The timetable will close on Friday and won't reopen until August.

I had hoped to send you a draft timetable of the proposals for fourth and fifth year teaching prior to Friday but this may not be possible due to timing issues.

I am meeting with Maths tomorrow to work out the fourth year Maths with Physics timetable and this may mean that you do get the same slots you did in 2015-16.  We also have to consider the MSc programme and ensure there are no clashes.

If there are times you definitely cannot teach and want this to be considered before I finalise the timetable please let me know asap.  I can't guarantee I will be able to accommodate all requests but I will do my best.
