[Academic] PH450 Viva Schedule Update Ver.2

Version 2 of the schedule is on idrive (Information folder) but for those who do not have ready-access, please find attached.

Subject: [Academic] PH450 Viva Schedule Update Ver.2

The PH450 viva schedule has been updated to version 2, mainly room numbers have been added. But a few vivas have been shuffled or re-allocated so please do check for your name throughout the schedule.

Note:

-          Reports can be found on the idrive shared folder \\Science\Physics\project\2015_2016<file://Science/Physics/project/2015_2016> Reports\PH450 Reports

-          Marking sheets are in the Information folder of the above.

-          Chairs: please confirm with primary and independent markers that they are aware of the reports they are marking and to arrange any logistics if necessary.

-          Primary and Independent Markers: Please send to the Chair your marks prior to the viva (at least the day before) so that they can address any large variance in the marks.
