[Academic] update of laser list

Dear All

Richard Wright, the new radiation protection officer of the university, 
requested a up-to-date laser list from all departments to get an 
overview on activities and our list is quite outdated anyway so that it 
needs to be updated.

Can I ask the group safety representatives to check and update the data 
for their group, please. In view of the holiday period, please return 
till July 29, please.
