[Academic] 1st Year Physics Postgraduate Conference - Ross Priory - Wednesday 17th August 2016

Please find attached  draft timetables of the presentations for the day.   Please note that the timings are all subject to change at this time.   Attendance is expected of all supervisors of students presenting at the Conference.  The Conference includes a buffet  lunch and high tea.

We also need to confirm the number for the bus so please can you confirm if you require a space on the bus and if you will be staying for the high tea?

Please can I have your confirmations by 25th  July at the very latest?
