[Academic] FW: University Open Days

Dear all,

Thanks to those who have already volunteered to help out at the University open days, the first of which is next Tuesday (6th September).

However, we still need several more people to help with manning the departmental stand or hosting and guiding visitors to the department. 

If you can spare a couple of hours to help out on either day then please let me and Melanie know.

This year's University Open Days will take place on :

Tuesday 6 September 2016 - 9.30am to 2.30pm
Saturday 8 October 2016 - 10am to 2pm

We will need volunteers to assist with manning the departmental stand
