[Academic] Exam Marks Return Deadline: S1 exams 2016

Following from the DC meeting in Autumn, I was charged with establishing the marks return 
deadline. The following is from Registry:

"With regard to the exam schedule for this year, the deadline for return of marks for the 
Semester 1 exam diet is Wednesday 25/01/17"
