[Academic] IMPORTANT - Second Semester - Class Tests

Hi

This is a reminder that I need information on dates and times of class tests when it affects disabled students at the BEGINNING of the SECOND SEMESTER.

Individual arrangements take time to arrange and I need as such notice as possible.  During the first semester staff did not provide me with the details until very late on and this caused a number of problems.  Please note that should this happen in the second semester I will pass this back to the lecturer and you will be required to make arrangements for your disabled students.

Can I also remind you that we send emails to the disabled students a week in advance of the class test with their arrangements.  At this stage we need to know how long a class test is scheduled as this will affect the additional time given.
