[Academic] REMINDER: Timetable 2017-18 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please see the email below and remember this will your best chance to get changes made for 2017-18.  Once the timetabling team has scheduled the information changes will become difficult if not impossible so bear this in mind so you don't lose out.

Hi Everyone

The timetable for 2017-18 is now open for changes to be made.  It will close again on Friday 28th April.

Whilst I understand that we are not yet finished with the current year, this year's teaching has been rolled forward to 2017-18.  It is therefore important to highlight any problems with your teaching this year so that we can make the relevant changes.  This could include:

Weeks and times;
No of lectures and tutorials, labs;
Class test provision;
Criteria of room sufficient for teaching.

Please feedback any changes you require by Monday 10th April to give us plenty of time to incorporate them into the timetable.
