[Academic] Board and Pre Board Papers

Dear All,

Papers for the board and pre-board will NOT be printed this year (this is fairly wasteful in terms of paper consumption) but will be placed on the I Drive. Staff can print or view electronically as they prefer.

If you do print, please leave the print outs with me for immediate disposal at the end of the board.
If you copy or view on an electronic device, please recall the University IT policy on portable electronic device security and encryption and and also make sure that you permanently delete the files when the meeting is concluded.

The I drive folder will be populated progressively in the run up to the meetings as we are finalising the collation of the marks. The registry schedule presently in the folder does not presently include the most recent returns, registry having issued in parallel to our main return cycle.

The relevant folder is:

I:\Science\Physics\ExamBoard2017

If you have trouble accessing this please let me (or Timothy) know.

Finally a reminder, if there are any outstanding L3-5 scripts, please return these to Audrey. Also please make sure you complete the exam feedback report.
