Dear All,

The Honours and MPhys Examination Board will be in Anderson K5-05 this afternoon at 1330.

The I drive folder 

I:\Science\Physics\ExamBoard2017

Has the board agenda, updated registry and department schedules, the minutes of the 
last board (not the pre-board we just held), the faculty guidelines for Hons and Inst. Masters 
examination boards, the prize rubric and the statistical analysis.

If you print any of these materials, please leave in the meeting room for secure shredding. 
If you copy to a portable computer or similar please review the University guidelines on encryption 
of portable electronic storage systems, and permanently delete after the meeting.

The external examiners will in addition be presented in advance with a summary extracted from the pre-board 
briefly describing cases where the pre board had a significant recommendation to reach, and 
cases where there has been significant change since the pre board.
