[Academic] Second Call for Colloquia Speaker Suggestions

Thanks to those who have already made suggestions for speakers. There are still a few slots left on the schedule, especially semester 1.

Subject: Call for Colloquia Speaker Suggestions

I am looking for speaker suggestions for the John Anderson Colloquia 2017-18 Schedule. As in previous years, please let your group/division head know of any names you think may be suitable. These will be pre-selected before being sent on to me.

Please keep in-mind:

-          Diversity is encouraged

-          Speakers should be able to address an audience spanning the department, across divisions and from PhD students to Professors

-          The colloquium budget is limited so costs beyond ~£300 need to be met through other means

-          In light of the above, distinguished visitors already scheduled to come are prime candidates
