[Academic] Visit and seminar on funding opportunities from Jason Foley, EOARD

Hi Everyone,

On Monday (14th August), we will have a one-day visit from Jason Foley, from the European Office of Aerospace Research and Development. This is the UK office of the US Air Force Office of Scientific Research.

Jason will give a seminar at 11am in the SUPA room on the 8th floor, outlining the funding opportunities available through EOARD/AFOSR. He will then be available in the afternoon for lab tours, discussions, or “elevator pitches” of potential research projects.

The talk is open to anyone who is interested. If you would like to meet with Jason or show him your lab, please let Audrey McKinnon know when you would be available, and how long you’d like to have to discuss with him. She will then put together a schedule for his visit.
