[Academic] Spider Report Forms

Dear All,

I have just been looking over the PGR Spider records in preparation for the end of year vivas. It is very noticeable that the completion of Spider quarterly and end of year reports by supervisors is patchy to say the very least.

These reports form an important part of the student record and we are monitored on completion levels. I will be asking the viva Chairs to check that all reports have been completed by supervisors and students before the progression assessment is signed off so I would encourage you to look at this and complete any outstanding reports ahead of time.
