[Academic] December 2017 Invigilation Timetable

Dear All

Please find attached the latest version of the Invigilation Timetable.  I refer to my previous email asking for confirmation of your slots.  There are still one or who have not confirmed these slots are not highlighted.  If I do not hear from you by tomorrow at noon, I will assume that you are happy with these slots.

I am afraid that I never got many volunteers for the vacant slots so have  had to add names to these.  Please again can you check over and confirm your slots by noon tomorrow.

Thanks to all who have confirmed there slots, these are highlighted in yellow.  Please find attached a revised version of the December 2017 Exam Invigilation Timetable.  Please can you kindly confirm the  slots that are not highlighted by Monday 27th November.  There are also slots highlighted in green that I am looking for volunteers to fill, again please can you let me know if you can fill in by Monday 27th November?
