[Academic] PH450: Viva Schedule 2nd DRAFT 28/3/2018. Please Re-Check.

Dear All,

I've received many notifications of periods of un/availability, hence the previous schedule has had to be drastically revised in order to satisfy the constraints on away periods and student exam dates. Please check this version carefully as it bears little relation to the first draft. I hope that there won't be any more major changes but there may be notifications of unavailability to come which could cause more revision, apologies in advance if that is the case.

Notes:

-          There are quite a few vivas that it is necessary to hold before the 30/4 or after the 11/5 (the originally scheduled period).

-          For vivas marked TBC, I request supervisors confirm with the students can make the indicated date and let me know.

-          The examination period finishes on the 18th May hence all vivas should be completed by then if further rescheduling is required.

I intend on sending to the students a near-final Version 1 of the schedule before the Easter Break, hence if could swiftly flag up any issues or confirm TBC dates, that would be greatly appreciated.
